Conditions of Use Payment: Payment is to be made in advance via PayPal. More honerous purchases like custom graphics and personalized creations can be paid via bank transfer. Custom work requires a deposit being paid in advance, amounting to half of the agreed upon total price. Delivery: Your graphics will be emailed to you in a zip file after receipt of payment, within 48 hours from purchase. We therefore strongly recommend that you provide us with a valid email address and modify your spam filters to accept our communications. The graphics will be sent to you without watermark. Support: We will gladly be available for support in using our graphics, but we do not provide graphic installation, set-up or maintenance on your server/website. Descriptions: Our graphics and websets are accompanied by detailed descriptions of what you are purchasing along with a graphic sample. Samples on this site all have our watermark, however, purchased items will have none. Colours may vary slightly due to the colour calibration of each individual monitor. Adult content: Some of our works include adult content material, do not view if you are offended by this kind of graphic. All adult content works are clearly labelled as such so that visitors know beforehand what they are about to view. Use of our graphics: Regular License: By purchasing a regular license you have the right to use the graphics on an unlimited number of websites, commercial or non commercial. By purchasing this type of license you agree and understand that the same graphics will be available for purchase by other clients. Buyout License: Purchasing a buyout license ensures that you are the last person to buy the graphic which will then be removed from our sales catalogue and never be available for purchase again. You have the right to use the graphics on an unlimited number of websites, commercial or non commercial. Redistribution or resale of our graphics is strictly prohibited. Our graphics are available to anyone wishing to purchase them, and we cannot be held responsible for the nature, policies or practices of the websites utilising our products. Modifications: You are free to add your text or site name to our banners or buttons yourself, or we can do it for you at no extra cost. You also have the right to apply slight changes to websets like background colour changes or font changes but dramatic modifications of our work is not permitted. Mixing and matching our work with other artists' work or with your work is not permitted. Our banners all carry our signature, it is strictly prohibited to remove it. Graphix Bits' original works reside solely on this website, any strongly modified version visitors might encounter on the internet is not our work. Custom work: We are available for custom work, designs and videos. We also provide online stores' designs and logos. Email us with your wishes and we'll get back to you with a quote. Linkback: A link back to us is not essential but welcome. Links on this site: We may include links to other websites in our pages however we are not responsible for those websites' policies and other practices. Cancellations: Your order can be cancelled within 24 hours after which time you will be issued a full refund. In the event that you have already received the graphics, no order cancellation will be accepted, no exceptions. Should you wish to cancel custom work orders, we reserve the right to demand compensation for all work carried out up to the time of cancellation, amounting to half of the agreed total price. In the event that a deposit has already been paid amounting to half of the agreed upon total price, we reserve the right to keep that deposit as compensation. Graphix Bits reserves the right to refuse, cancel or discontinue any orders, custom work or services at any time.
